    • Property management is a more hands-off approach, where a property manager takes full control over the property, from managing the listing and pricing to coordinating maintenance and handling all guest interactions. Property management companies typically charge higher fees for this complete control.

  • Our primary co-hosting area is North Lake Tahoe, where our team is conveniently located. We also proudly serve homeowners in Northstar and Truckee. We’re available from 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week, ensuring that every guest feels supported throughout their stay.

  • Absolutely! As a property owner, you will always have full access to your booking calendar and the ability to manage your listing. We handle the day-to-day operations, but you remain in control of your property’s availability and major decisions.

  • Our fee structure is simple and transparent: we charge a 15% fee of the nightly rate for your short-term rental. This covers all of our services, including guest communication, booking management, and property cleaning and maintenance coordination.   • In the event of property damage, we’re here to guide you through the process using the platform's built-in protections, such as damage claims (on platforms like Airbnb or VRBO). We take a proactive approach in managing risks and can assist with filing claims when needed. Additionally, we can recommend trusted short-term rental insurance providers, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs and offers peace of mind.
